I am the Head of the Center for Coordination of Ocean Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences. My background is physical oceanography. I participated in more than 20 long-term scientific sea cruises. In recent years, I have been involved in the coordination of scientific research both within our country and at the international level. I have a lot of experience in this work.
